The hotel’s location is good, and overall the stay was fine. However, the bathroom was a bit dirty, with mold and black spots in the corners. The small fridge also didn’t work(not cooling) and seemed very dirty inside, with noticeable black spots.(We forget to take a picture of it) Breakfast was kinda fine, but dinner at the restaurant was a bit disappointing. We ordered the fried squid dish, but it still had the membrane attached, which made it tough and inedible. Plus point 👉 👉 The staff are all very friendly and helpful!!

酒店位置超好，就在日惹老城區。房間乾淨整潔，配備有咖啡膠囊和咖啡機，很棒。床也睡的很舒服。最最最印象深刻的是早餐，超豐盛，超多當地特色菜，滿意！！

Room is.clean and spacious. There's nespresson machine and welcome fruit platter in the room. We also got chocolate on the first day. Reception staff is really nice and helpfull. Location is good, near famous fried chicken and gudeg sagan.

Great Hotel with Excellent facilities onsite including a Swimming Pool, Restaurant, Patisserie, Gelato, Shopping, Massage & Spa & Gym. It is located in a central location for people wanting to see the sites of Jogja, go shopping, or experience some of the fantastic restaurants. The Hotels Buffet Breakfast is unbelievable 👌 Not our first visit to the hotel, and it will not be our last!

Prima hotel aan een drukke doorgaande straat. Niet heel interessant qua locatie. Zeker geen 5 sterren zoals aangegeven. Kamer prima, badkamer prima. Zwembad prima, maar ietwat oud. Ontbijt prima maar niet helemaal te gek ofzo. Wel vrij uitgebreid ontbijt. Jl Malioboro is wat mij betreft echt niet de moeite waard. De winkels verkopen allemaal dezelfde spullen, er is altijd een expositie die morgen afgelopen is, dus wat een mazzel dat je er nu bent… Borobudur is echt een must see, prambanan staat 2e als je t mij vraagt. Als je een keuze moet maken, kies dan voor Borobudur. Als je de tijd hebt, lekker beide doen. Prijzig, maar niet teveel over nadenken, gewoon doen. Jl. prawirotaman is schattig en heeft leuke eet plekjes. 2 dagen Yogya is genoeg wat mij betreft

Staff yang ramah dan sangat cepat menangani setiap permintaan kita, sarapan enak dan sangat bervariasi. Baru kali ini nemu ada rebusan sayur di salad bar❤ sangat perhatian untuk tamu yang tidak suka atau tidak cocok makan sayuran mentah.

Terima kasih untuk management Artotel Suites Bianti atas pelayanan & keramahan para staff saat saya menginap disana. Sedikit masukan dari saya mungkin alangkah baiknya pada saat ada tamu datang ke counter disapa dahulu disaat sedang mengerjakan sesuatu, bukan tamu yang menyapa duluan. Dari segi kamar semua tidak ada kendala. Dari segi makanan, mohon maaf entah lidah saya yang tidak bersahabat atau memang rasa makanannya tidak begitu terasa bumbunya, minta 2 ommelete rasanya hambar, nasi kuning tidak gurih, saya hanya mencicipi itu saja karena sudah tidak selera sarapan
